Leads Follow Up and Creditability

The them on our radio show the past few weeks has been Leads Leads and more Leads . Leads are the life blood for your team and they need to be handled correctly. Follow up is the key. If your team is not following up you can be confident your teams productivity will go down. Create cred ability partners in your team. Better yet have a network of creditability partners on your team. These are people your team can 3 way into to speak with a prospect (lead) and provide creditability both for the rep. (your team member) and the company. If your team follows up and uses creditability partners correctly your team will see growth.
