Celebration

Yesterday I attended a grand opening celebration for a local shopping center. There was a parade stilt walkers magic acts and lots of excitement. Along with lots of shoppers. What a change for a shopping center that before had been run down and past its prim. Inside it look like something from a Brady Bunch episode. But after a extensive remodeling project the center has a new sleek clean look and lots of excitement. Thus the Grand opening celebration. Now what dose all this have to do with your team? Well maybe your at a crossroads visits to your site is down and things are going a little slow. Well take some advise from this center do some remodeling. You know write a new type of blog update the look of you site find a new niche advertise a little differently. Then involve your whole team in a Grand Opening or grand reopening celebration to show off Your new approach generate some excitement .If your excited your team will be and if your team is so will your prospects they will want to see and know what the buzz is about.

You ever go fishing and cast and cast your line out all day long and not catch a thing. Then come to find out your buddy was fishing on the same lake the same day only in a diferent spot caught a bunch of fish. Man if you had only known where that hot spot was. So the next time you go fishing you hit that spot. Well on the net its much like fishing if your casting your line in one spot and not catching anything its time to move to a different spot. Nothing like a good chase sceen

There is nothing like a good chase sceen in a movie or TV show.You know like when Bo and Luke would jump in the General Lee and Rosco and Enos would give chase in there squad cars thru the dirt roads of Hazzard county . You always knew it would end up with the General Lee doing some awsome jump and Rosco and Enos crashing into the mud pile or something. Well has much fun it is to watch a good chase sceen. Chaseing after prospects in buisness almost if not always has you ending up like Rosco and Enos crashed into the mud pile. Now don't get me wrong yes you do need to follow up with people yes and even more then once. But don,t chase if that prospect is playing the avoido game with you like not takeing your calls ducking down another aiel when they see you in the grocery store. Extra Extra Read all about it!! The kid on the conner would yell so you would bye a paper and read the latest news of the day. Well things have changed a lot since those days. Now we can get our news almost before it happens it seems. In those days that kid on the conner was that papers source of advertising, getting the word out about the latest news you had to read in that days edition. Advertising has come along way over time has well. On the show last week we went over different advertising sources to help your team get the word out. One of the new tools that your team needs to look at combines Video with the power of a search engine. Plus your team can dominate its nitch . Give your team its own advertising agency. Maybe

When we are talking with people about being part of our team, we can deal with a yes or a no. When they say yes we are excited and do what we need to do so they can get started and make some money. When they say no well at least they made a decision and we can move on. But this week on our show we talked about the one answer every team member dreads. That answer is maybe. Everyone vs Someone

One of my favorite sports teams signed a player recently with a resume to die for. They are definitely a all star. So you may be asking whats the problem? Well the question is do they fit in with the team dynamic. Yea this player may help the team from time to time .But is there presence more of a hindrance to the team then a help. In the MLM/ affiliate world (yet its true in the brick and mortar world to)I think many teams do harm to themselves by adapting a everyone mentality. Instead of looking for those someones that fit with there plan. We all want that all star player on our team. But keep in mind will this person Add to our team or take away. Know the type people you want to work with on your team be picky in a sense. In the long run passing on that "all star" who might help your team in the short term but harm in the end. Could be the best Team decision you ever make and over the Long haul your team will be more successful.

These are people your team can 3 way into to speak with a prospect (lead) and provide creditability both for the rep. (your team member) and the company. If your team follows up and uses creditability partners correctly your team will see growth.
